Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Marketing Administrative Assistant located in Schaumburg, IL. The Marketing Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling communication tasks, organizing documents and schedules, and assisting with task management. Daily tasks will include managing project mangement, coordinating meetings, coordinating invites, responding to emails and supporting reports.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Project Management Tools
  • Must speak proficient English
  • Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Salary

$2,500/month
